Cupecakes with apples and spelt flour


This is very easy and delicoius recipe. You need 10 minutes for preparation and then 25 minutes to bake it. Here are the products you need.

 

Products:

 

100g spelt flour
1 and 1/2. teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Milled cinnamon
40g Brown sugar
1 large apple, peeled and cut into small cubes
125 ml milk
1 egg, lightly broken with a fork
4 teaspoons Oil
Almonds



Preparation:

  • Oven heated to 200 C.
  • Prepare the cupecake shape (6 x 80 ml)  with paper baskets.
  • In medium bowl sift spelt flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
  • Add sugar and apples and stir it up.
  • In another bowl whisk the egg, milk and oil.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients together.
  • Distribute it in the prepared form.
  • Top each cupecake on rank with almonds.
  • Bake the cupecakes 20-25 minutes.
  • Leave it for 5 minutes in a tray, and then transfer it onto a metal grill until complete cooling.
  • Then you can serve it! Enjoy!
