Stuffed baskets of puff pastry


  • 400g puff pastry
  • 200g minced meat
  • 50g cheese - gouda
  • 50g white cheese
  • 50 g olives
  • 100 g dry tomatoes
  • oregano





Preparation method


First step: Minced meat and onion fry together and forge optional with salt and pepper. Spread the dough and cut into squares, placed in molds for small cakes.


Fill loose with minced meat white cheese, gouda cheese, dry tomatoes, olives and top with oregano. Then bake at 200 C for 25 minutes.
