How did yoga change my life


Many people do not know the meaning of yoga and what it does.
Yoga is a learning process and the art of knowing and expressing yourself, also controlling your feelings and emotions. Yoga is a way of being and merging with the eternity created by our own energy.

Can yoga change your life?

Not only can change it, but it can transform everything into every aspect. How can this be? The answer is when you are ready for the change. If you do not want it, it makes no sense. Yoga is not something mystical, it is just a way of being yourself, to be in harmony with life, people and situations.

What did I learn from yoga?

I have learned that for many situations you are not prepared and may look dificult. But when you do not know how to deal with a situation then it becomes even more difficult. Yoga teaches exactly this. It gives you inner peace and the ability to be objective to yourself and the decisions you make. I have learned that the most important thing is to listen to your inner voice and not to be critical of everything in life. Because the answer is always there, you just have to open your heart to see it.

What has changed with yoga?


Many things have changed with yoga. Thoughts, perceptions, goals and confidence. This of course is easy to say, but not so easy to achieve. Just as every thing in life and in yoga practice we learn how to achieve something set as our goal.

Why Yoga?


Everyone chooses for themselves how to reduce stress, relax or just have fun. I chose yoga just because, it makes me feel good and free.

What are the benefits?

The benefits of yoga are a process of development and persistence. They are interrelated with goals, expectations and desires.
There are some important questions to answer when you practice yoga: Where am I, what am I and how do I manage in life?
It's part of life and a faithful companion every day.


For me yoga is the place to learn, we are teachers and learn every time and every day from it. This is a process that never stops. Part of life and faithful companion every day. If you do not practice, you will not be able to develop what you have learned here.


Everything is connected, just as everything in life is a circle, so we draw our own paths and choose the direction that makes us happy.
