My Spring Detox Program


Why detox and how in a natural way to purify your body after a long winter?

My Spring detox program with mango and coconut is an easy way to tackle viruses, clearing the toxins and improve stamina. This is the second year in a row in which I  try this magical method for me to stay fit. I feel healthier, strong and energized.


Each body reacts differently and is influenced by different things. I'm not a fan of artificial substitutes detox methods as a tea, etc., which can have very adverse effects, here it comes to the adoption of natural fats and vitamins which the body needs.

All you need is a mango, coconut milk, millet and other fruit of your choice. I often combine it with banana or pear.

Preparation method

    Cooking millet  for 20 minutes in water. In a pan warmed briefly coconut milk.
     Peel the mango, cut it, and add other fruit if you prefer.
     In a pan, heat a tablespoon of coconut milk and coconut pieces until completely melted.
     You can also add some conrflakes, I added spelled.
     Mix all the products and enjoy your delicious breakfast.

But now I would like to talk about the benefits of mango.


Health benefits of mango:

  • Strengthens the immune system - the mango contains a high level of vitamins A and C and is a powerful antioxidant.
  • Alkalizes the Whole Body - the tartaric acid, malic acid, and a trace of citric acid found in the fruit help to maintain the alkali reserve of the body.
  • Protects liver function - mango is a powerful antioxidant and helps the liver to clean out harmful toxins.
  • It improves digestion - it is also a rich source of fiber.
  • Improves skin health - mango leaves skin smooth, shiny and healthy.
